BIZ LOUNGE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Acceptable Internet Use: the browsing or downloading of material of an illegal or offensive nature is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to: copyrighted movies, music (mp3's), or software, hacking/cracking material, or adult material. There are no exceptions to this policy.

1.2 Minors: children 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult. If we are in doubt of the child's age only a UK birth certificate, passport or drivers licence (for children aged 17 and above) may be used as proof of age. We advise parents accompanying children 12 or under that our games may not be suitable. Children over 12 can play any game as permissible by law and ESRB rating of the game.

1.3 CD Burning: Biz Lounge does not accept any liability for the actions of its customers with regards to the burning of CD's at its premises or for actions taken on the behalf of our customers as result of their request to burn their data files to CD. Customers must adhere to all trademark and copyright laws. Customers are required to indemnify Biz Lounge, its staff and directors in full against all damages, legal costs and any other penalties and costs that Biz Lounge may become liable for directly or indirectly as a result of having requested data to be burnt to CD.
